About me
Taylor Snipes is a higher education professional specializing in career education, employer relations, and student engagement. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Career Education at Eckerd College, Taylor is passionate about helping students make meaning of their academic, leadership, and personal experiences and use those insights to guide their career exploration and professional growth. Through coaching, programming, experiential learning opportunities, and innovative career events, Taylor focuses on helping students build confidence, identify transferable skills, and connect their experiences to meaningful career pathways. Taylor has led initiatives focused on career readiness, internship development, employer partnerships, and large-scale event coordination through roles at University of South Florida and Eckerd College. Taylor holds both a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in College Student Affairs from University of South Florida.
