Kelly Nielsen has served at the Florida Atlantic University Career Center since 2019, where she is the Assistant Director, Liaison to the College of Science & Wilkes Honors College. Kelly works with a diverse range of students, including those who aspire to be entrepreneurs. Kelly is credentialed in career coaching as a National Career Development Association Certified Career Services Provider and has presented at the 2025 National Association of Colleges and Employers, 2023 and 2025 Southern Association of Colleges and Employers, and the 2022 and 2023 Florida Association of Colleges and Employers on her work at the Florida Atlantic Career Center. She focuses her coaching on building inclusive environments that support all students, with a strong emphasis on fostering confidence and career readiness.
