As the Director of Partnerships and External Affairs for the DeVos Sport Business Management Program at UCF, I lead initiatives that strengthen industry relationships, enhance student experiences, and expand the reach of one of the nation’s top sport business graduate programs. With 14+ years of experience in recruitment, employer relations, and partnership development, I specialize in building sustainable connections between organizations and emerging talent. My work focuses on creating opportunities that advance student success, support experiential learning, and drive meaningful industry impact. Throughout my time at UCF, I’ve developed long-standing partnerships across sectors, facilitated professional development courses, and coached students on communication, interviewing, and personal branding skills essential in today’s competitive sport and business landscape.
