Jessica Prather is a Career Education Coordinator at the University of West Florida, where she develops and delivers innovative programs that support student career readiness, experiential learning, and professional growth. Since joining the Office of Career Development and Community Engagement in December 2024, Jessica has focused on creating meaningful opportunities that connect students with real-world experiences and help them build the skills needed for success after graduation. Prior to her current role, Jessica served as a Study Abroad Coordinator at the University of West Florida. Her background also includes working in the nonprofit sector, supporting youth development initiatives and fostering community engagement. Jessica is passionate about creating programs, events, and partnerships that empower students to explore possibilities, gain confidence, and achieve their goals. She values collaboration and is committed to helping students recognize their potential and navigate their future paths with purpose.
