Dr. Jen Halter is an award-winning high school principal, leadership coach, and founder of Driven Leadership Success. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, she leads a high-performing high school recognized for student achievement, innovative career and technical education programs, and a strong, student-centered culture. Under her leadership, the school has expanded workforce-aligned opportunities and supported students in earning competitive scholarships, recognitions, and postsecondary success. Dr. Halter has received district and school-based recognition for excellence in leadership, program innovation, and student outcomes. She is known for building systems that develop both people and performance, resulting in stronger teams and measurable impact. She specializes in DISC-based leadership development, communication, and career readiness, working with schools and organizations to strengthen culture and effectiveness. As both a practitioner and speaker, she delivers practical, real-world strategies that empower others to lead with clarity, build strong teams, and drive meaningful results.
