FloridaACE 2026

Golden Madume is a Gallup-certified strengths coach, speaker, and career coach. He combines strengths-based psychology with a personable approach in supporting people’s professional development. Golden is an NCDA Certified Career Services Provider. He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s in counseling, and a master’s in business administration. Golden currently serves as the Career Center liaison to the College of Engineering and Computer Science at Florida Atlantic University. Golden has served on SoACE committees in the past and, with over 15 years in higher ed administration and student affairs, is excited to contribute to FloridaACE 2026.
