Lizz Giordano is a career services professional with more than eight years of experience in employer relations, career advising, and large-scale recruiting initiatives. She currently serves as Career Center Outreach & Expo Manager at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where she leads the planning and execution of major career fairs and expos, supervises a team of student ambassadors, and cultivates employer partnerships that expand full-time, co-op, and internship opportunities for students. Previously, she advised students across aviation, business, and security-related programs and served as Interim Career Systems Manager, overseeing Handshake and related career technologies. Lizz holds a Master of Education in Higher Education from UNC Greensboro and is actively involved in professional leadership through the Florida Association of Colleges and Employers, reflecting her commitment to advancing innovative and impactful career development practices.
