FloridaACE 2026

Hi there - I am currently serving as the University Recruiting Partner at Boeing for Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, along with several other schools outside of the state. I am also an Early Talent Engineering Functional Advisor, partnering closely with our Engineering business stakeholders to develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies. Before joining Boeing in 2022, I was the Executive Director of Career Services at Embry-Riddle, working my way up from a Career Advisor role that I began 22 years prior. I am very passionate about FloridaACE and was the 2016-17 President for the association. Currently, I serve on the Board for SoACE as the Director of Communications & Marketing.

It brings me great joy to continue to see my FloridaACE friends and colleagues at the annual conference and connect with our future leaders in the field.
